Quotation When you send your inquiry, after a short period of time (normally within 30 minutes) one of our highly trained sales representatives will reply to your inquiry with an email. Please check your inbox or spam box to check out the quotation including the total product cost and delivery cost.
Samples After the quotation is sent to you, we will arrange a free sample for you while you will be free to select the best sample options such as colors, sizes, and logos. If you need a customized logo sample, we only charge the cost for making the logo.
Art Assistance When you receive the sample and being satisfied with it, we will provide art assistance by our professional designer team to help you better design your product and place your logo imprinted on the selected products digitally. The digital sample will be provided for your review and wait for your approval.
Payment After your approval we will send you the invoice including all your order details. We accept payment methods including: Wire Band Transfer / Paypal / Credit Card / Western Union.
Production Update Every step from the material preparation, products making, logo imprinting, assembling, inspection, packing and delivery, we let you know the real situations by sending you photos, videos, mass production samples, inspection reports, tracking numbers that everything is under your control.
Quality Control We make all efforts to ensure the correctness of the production line, quality control is what we focus on. We have our own inspection team to ensure 100% safety of our production. From During Production Inspection (DPI), Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI), Container Loading Supervision (CLS), to Production Monitoring (PM), we control quality in every step of the production to make you satisfied.
